Who is responsible

The data collected on leadways.ai is processed by Leadways, the company that publishes this website (see the legal notice). For any question about your data, write to hello@leadways.ai.

What we collect, and why

Fields marked optional can be left empty. The other fields are needed to book the call or review the application; without them we cannot follow up on your request. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not build marketing profiles from your visits.

Legal basis

We process booking and application data because you ask us to (steps taken at your request before a possible contract) and with your consent when you submit the form. Technical data is processed in our legitimate interest in running a secure website. For visitors in the European Union, these correspond to Articles 6(1)(b), 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. For visitors in Morocco, processing follows Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Who receives it

Only the Leadways team, and the service providers that run the tools this site relies on, acting on our instructions:

Google (Google Workspace: Calendar, Meet, Sheets and Gmail): stores the booked call and sends the invitation; keeps Pioneer 10 applications in a spreadsheet and notifies the team by email.
n8n: the workflow tool that receives Pioneer 10 applications and passes them to our Google Workspace.
Vercel: hosts the website; the booking and application forms run in its Frankfurt region (Germany).

Some of these providers are located or process data outside Morocco and outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. In that case the transfer relies on the safeguards these providers offer, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Discovery calls: as long as needed to hold the call and follow up on your request. If no collaboration follows, the details are deleted when the follow-up ends.
Pioneer 10 applications: for the duration of the programme’s selection and follow-up, then deleted unless you agree to stay in touch.
Emails: as long as needed to answer and follow up on your message.
Technical data: for the short periods our hosting provider applies to security logs. The anti-abuse limits on our forms use your IP address in memory only and do not store it.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its processing, to restrict it, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@leadways.ai; we answer within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Morocco, the Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel (CNDP); in the European Union, the data protection authority of the country where you live.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Booking and application data are sent to our own server functions, checked there, and only then passed to the calendar or workflow tool; the access keys to these tools are never exposed in the pages. Access to the data is limited to the people who need it.

Changes

If the way this site uses data changes, we update this page and its date.
