What it asks of your team

  • A few working sessionsin weeks 1 to 3
  • One owneron your side, for approvals
  • A short reviewevery month

For one agent on one priority. The exact plan is set out in your proposal.

Four rules we don’t break

Discipline before the first line of configuration.

This discipline stops us from building a spectacular system that changes nothing.

Method before technologyUnderstand and prioritise before building. The problem chooses the system, never the reverse.
A system, not a pile of toolsEvery agent shares the context and serves the same outcome. No isolated bots.
Human control stays explicitSensitive decisions are never left to a black box. Approvals and escalation are written down.
Value must be visibleTime, quality, continuity, opportunities and decisions, measured against a starting point.

About the method

Practical questions.

Do we need clean, structured data before starting?

No. A project can start from an imperfect setup. Phase one identifies the data the first priority really needs, and we fix only what matters for it.

How much of our team’s time does it take?

Mostly a few working sessions in weeks one to three: showing us the real process, validating rules and testing. After launch, a short monthly review.

What if the first agent doesn’t deliver?

That is what phase four is for. We compare results with the measures agreed upfront. If the value isn’t there, we correct or stop, and we tell you honestly.

Can we start with more than one agent?

Yes, when the priority clearly involves several roles, for example calls that turn into sales opportunities. We still launch one process at a time.

Show us one process that slows your team down. We tell you honestly what the agents would do, what stays human, and whether it is worth building.
