FAQ
The important answers. No jargon.
What the agents change, how they fit into your company, and how Leadways protects your data, your team and your control.
Understanding Leadways and the agents
What does Leadways actually do?
Leadways deploys five specialised AI agents around your company (IRIS for reception, MAX for sales, ARIA for marketing, OPS for data and CORE for admin and hiring), connects them to your tools and gives them one shared business context. We start from one concrete problem, define the expected result, build, launch with your team and measure the change.
Why five agents?
Five roles cover the front office (calls, sales, marketing) and the back office (data, admin, hiring). Each has clear rules, limits and handoffs, which makes quality and control possible. A catalogue of fifty bots doesn’t share context; one general assistant has no clear role. Five is the useful middle.
How is Leadways different from ChatGPT or a chatbot?
A chatbot answers when you ask. Leadways agents are connected to your tools, know your business context and act within the permissions you set: answering calls, preparing follow-ups, updating records, briefing you on what changed.
Do the agents replace employees?
No. They take repetitive, predictable work and keep information moving. Your team keeps the relationship, judgment, advice, creativity and sensitive decisions. The system should increase human capacity, not make the company dependent on a black box.
What is an AI voice agent?
IRIS is a voice agent. It answers calls, understands the request, qualifies the need, proposes an appointment, passes on the context and transfers to a person when the situation requires it. Its main job is to stop missed calls and give your company a continuous presence.
Which companies is Leadways for?
Companies that handle many requests, follow-ups and repetitive processes, in particular service businesses, fiduciary and accounting firms, technical companies and SMEs that want to improve client contact, operations or decision-making.
Tools and data
Can we keep our current tools?
Yes, in most cases. We connect and improve what you already use. Replacing a tool is only suggested when it clearly prevents the process from working.
Can Leadways connect to our CRM and other tools?
Yes, when the tools allow it. Access, the data exchanged, possible errors and responsibilities are documented, so the integration stays understandable and maintainable.
Do we need perfectly structured data first?
No. A project can start from an imperfect environment. We identify the data the first priority truly needs, fix the critical points and avoid launching a large data project with no direct link to value.
Does it work in several languages?
Yes. Agents and interfaces can work in several languages, with tone and rules adapted to each. Quality is tested per language, especially where business vocabulary, regulation or nuance matter.
Security and control
How do we keep control over an agent?
Permissions, escalation thresholds and forbidden actions are defined before launch. Sensitive cases go to a person, some actions require approval, and important interactions are recorded for review and improvement.
How does Leadways protect data and confidentiality?
Through data minimisation, limited access, traceability and human control. Sensitive information is only used when the process needs it, and responsibilities are clarified from the start. Your data stays yours and can be deleted on request.
Is Leadways suited to European companies?
Yes. Leadways is designed for European companies and takes into account confidentiality, governance, human oversight and multilingual needs. Exact terms depend on the country, sector, tools and data involved.
Deployment and pricing
Which process should we improve first?
The best first cases combine frequent friction, visible value and controlled risk: missed calls, request qualification, forgotten follow-ups, information handoffs, report consolidation or repetitive admin.
How long does it take to launch?
Typically about four weeks for a first agent on one clear priority. It depends on the tools to connect, the data and the approvals required. We keep the first scope small, test on real situations, correct, then extend.
How do you measure success?
The measures are defined before building: response time, share of requests handled, admin time, errors, continuity, perceived quality or decision speed. Success is not “the system works” but “the work improves visibly”.
How much does it cost?
A one-off setup fee and a monthly fee, depending on the number of agents and tools. You can start with one agent and grow. See the pricing page for plans and what each includes.
How do we get started?
With a free 20-minute discovery call. We look at your situation, identify the priority friction and decide honestly whether a project can create enough value. No tool is chosen before that.
Can Leadways also help with visibility, SEO and generative search?
Yes, when a project justifies it. We can structure offers, clarify messages, enrich key pages, organise FAQs and improve how your site reads for search engines and generative engines alike.
